Shipping info

Refunds & Cancellation

  • If you cancel before the shipment is out, there will be a 3% fee to cover applicable MC/VISA/AMEX charges.
  • If the shipment has left the warehouse and arrives defective (and cannot be fixed by replacing a part such as the frame or motor), we will:
    • Send a replacement
    • Provide a shipping slip to return the defective item for an exchange
  • No returns for open or used items if they can be fixed by replacing a part.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to return the goods. Please ensure:
    • Efficient repackaging of the product
    • Courier insurance is taken when returning by courier
    • Any damage during return transport is the customer’s responsibility
  • No returns on chargers and batteries unless they are defective on arrival when purchasing a new scooter.
  • All after-sale parts shipped are tested for 100% functionality and are non-returnable.

Delivery

  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days for all stock items.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
  • We will notify you if delivery is expected to take longer than 10 working days.
  • Assistance can be offered with assembly if required.
  • Most scooters arrive 90–95% ready to ride and usually require only:
    • Straightening the handlebars
    • Fitting the pedals
  • We accept no liability for incorrect fitting done by the customer.

Description

Only genuine INOKIM chargers ensure safe, efficient charging and full compatibility with INOKIM battery systems. Using non-original chargers can damage the battery and shorten its lifespan.

The charging time of your scooter depends on the battery capacity and the charger’s output amperage. INOKIM chargers are engineered to deliver the correct current without overloading the battery, supporting long-term performance and reliability.

For best results, disconnect the charger once the indicator light changes, and avoid overcharging. INOKIM lithium-ion batteries can be charged partially as needed, which helps extend their overall service life. During long-term storage, keep the battery at 45–50% and recharge every 2–3 months.

CHARGING PLUG NOT INCLUDED.
Use only original INOKIM chargers to ensure proper operation and maintain battery health.
