Installation Note
Installation Note: Replacing controller wiring requires moderate technical skill. It is recommended to contact a certified Inokim distributor or technician if you are unsure about installation or wire routing.
- If you cancel before shipment is out, a 3% fee will apply to cover applicable MC/VISA/AMEX charges.
- If the shipment has left the warehouse and arrives defective (and cannot be fixed by replacing a part such as frame or motor), we will send a replacement and provide a shipping slip to return the defective item.
- No returns are accepted for open or used items if the issue can be resolved by replacing a part.
- Buyers are responsible for returning goods to us. Please ensure:
- Products are repackaged properly
- Courier insurance is taken if returning by courier
- Any damage during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- No returns on chargers and batteries unless they are defective on arrival when buying a new scooter.
- All after-sale parts shipped out are tested for 100% functionality and are non-returnable.
