Shipping info

Refunds & Cancellation

  • If you cancel before the shipment is out, there will be a 3% fee to cover applicable MC/VISA/AMEX charges.
  • If the shipment has left the warehouse and arrives defective (and cannot be fixed by replacing a part such as the frame or motor), we will:
    • Send a replacement
    • Provide a shipping slip to return the defective item for an exchange
  • No returns for open or used items if they can be fixed by replacing a part.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to return the goods. Please ensure:
    • Efficient repackaging of the product
    • Courier insurance is taken when returning by courier
    • Any damage during return transport is the customer’s responsibility
  • No returns on chargers and batteries unless they are defective on arrival when purchasing a new scooter.
  • All after-sale parts shipped are tested for 100% functionality and are non-returnable.

Our helmets are suitable for different riding styles and are available in different colors (black, white, orange, blue, and green). In our shop, you can get basic helmets as well as helmets with led light.  The weight of the basic helmet is 410g while the one with led light weights only 350g and has 2 modes of led lights. You can get M-size (55-58 cm) and L-size (58-61 cm) of this accessory according to the size of your head.

Delivery is usually in 5-7 working days on all stock items; however, please allow up to 10 working days, we will notify you if the delivery is going to take longer than this. Assistance can be offered with the assembly of any of our products we have most scooters arrive 90-95% ready to ride with just the need to straighten the handlebars and fit the pedals. We will accept no liability for an incorrect fitting here by our customers.
