Shipping info

Refunds & Cancellation

  • If you cancel before the shipment is out, there will be a 3% fee to cover applicable MC/VISA/AMEX charges.
  • If the shipment has left the warehouse and arrives defective (and cannot be fixed by replacing a part such as the frame or motor), we will:
    • Send a replacement
    • Provide a shipping slip to return the defective item for an exchange
  • No returns for open or used items if they can be fixed by replacing a part.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to return the goods. Please ensure:
    • Efficient repackaging of the product
    • Courier insurance is taken when returning by courier
    • Any damage during return transport is the customer’s responsibility
  • No returns on chargers and batteries unless they are defective on arrival when purchasing a new scooter.
  • All after-sale parts shipped are tested for 100% functionality and are non-returnable.

Delivery

  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days for all stock items.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
  • We will notify you if delivery is expected to take longer than 10 working days.
  • Assistance can be offered with assembly if required.
  • Most scooters arrive 90–95% ready to ride and usually require only:
    • Straightening the handlebars
    • Fitting the pedals
  • We accept no liability for incorrect fitting done by the customer.

Replace a damaged or corroded power inlet with the Official Inokim OX/OXO Replacement Charging Port. This genuine OEM component is essential for securely and safely charging your scooter's battery. Due to critical design changes, it is essential that you order the correct version (Old or New) for your specific scooter.

🛑 Critical Compatibility & Variant Check

IMPORTANT: The Inokim OX/OXO series uses two different charging port designs depending on the production year. Failure to select the correct version will prevent charging.

Before Ordering: Please follow the instructions in the note below to determine if you require the Old Version or the New Version of the charging port.

Delivery is usually in 5-7 working days on all stock items; however, please allow up to 10 working days, we will notify you if the delivery is going to take longer than this. Assistance can be offered with the assembly of any of our products we have most scooters arrive 90-95% ready to ride with just the need to straighten the handlebars and fit the pedals. We will accept no liability for an incorrect fitting here by our customers.
Return
