3You approve the plan. We explain the recommended work, cost, parts availability, and estimated turnaround before any repair begins.
4Repair and pickup. We complete the approved work and let you know when it's ready.

Routine work such as flats and brake adjustments may be done the same day when parts and service capacity allow. Diagnostics and electrical work can take longer, typically 2–5 days when parts are in stock.

Can you fix a flat tire?

Yes. We repair punctures where the tire can be safely patched and replace the tube or tire when it can't. Bring the scooter in during opening hours or call ahead.

Do you diagnose battery problems?

Yes. We test the battery pack, charger, and charging system, then explain what we found, the recommended fix, its cost, and parts availability before we proceed.

Do you repair every scooter brand?

We specialize in INOKIM electric scooters. Other brands are evaluated case by case based on the model, its condition, parts availability, and whether we can diagnose it. We do not currently service Dualtron scooters.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk-ins are welcome every day from 10 AM to 7 PM at 156 W 15th St in Manhattan. You can also book a time online or call (917) 909-4569 before you come in.
