Shipping info

Refunds & Cancellation

  • If you cancel before the shipment is out, there will be a 3% fee to cover applicable MC/VISA/AMEX charges.
  • If the shipment has left the warehouse and arrives defective (and cannot be fixed by replacing a part such as the frame or motor), we will:
    • Send a replacement
    • Provide a shipping slip to return the defective item for an exchange
  • No returns for open or used items if they can be fixed by replacing a part.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to return the goods. Please ensure:
    • Efficient repackaging of the product
    • Courier insurance is taken when returning by courier
    • Any damage during return transport is the customer’s responsibility
  • No returns on chargers and batteries unless they are defective on arrival when purchasing a new scooter.
  • All after-sale parts shipped are tested for 100% functionality and are non-returnable.

Delivery

  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days for all stock items.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
  • We will notify you if delivery is expected to take longer than 10 working days.
  • Assistance can be offered with assembly if required.
  • Most scooters arrive 90–95% ready to ride and usually require only:
    • Straightening the handlebars
    • Fitting the pedals
  • We accept no liability for incorrect fitting done by the customer.

The structural foundation of your Inokim.

This is the official replacement Main Chassis (Frame) for the Inokim OX and OXO. This is the bare aluminum deck structure that houses the battery and controllers. If your scooter's frame has been bent in a severe collision or has suffered catastrophic structural damage, this is the core part required to rebuild it.

Important Installation Note:

  • Advanced Repair: Replacing the main chassis requires completely stripping the scooter down to its bare components and transferring every part to the new frame.

  • Consultation: We highly recommend consulting with a professional technician before attempting this swap.

Shipping
Delivery is usually in 5-7 working days on all stock items; however, please allow up to 10 working days, we will notify you if the delivery is going to take longer than this.
