Refunds & Cancellation

  • If you cancel before the shipment is out, there will be a 3% fee to cover applicable MC/VISA/AMEX charges.
  • If the shipment has left the warehouse and arrives defective (and cannot be fixed by replacing a part such as the frame or motor), we will:
    • Send a replacement
    • Provide a shipping slip to return the defective item for an exchange
  • No returns for open or used items if they can be fixed by replacing a part.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to return the goods. Please ensure:
    • Efficient repackaging of the product
    • Courier insurance is taken when returning by courier
    • Any damage during return transport is the customer’s responsibility
  • No returns on chargers and batteries unless they are defective on arrival when purchasing a new scooter.
  • All after-sale parts shipped are tested for 100% functionality and are non-returnable.

Still broken doing the exact same thing that I spent $1000 having fixed

Throttle still sticks which caused me to get extremely hurt, only one motor working, battery degradation is even worse after they confirmed all is fixed. Spent $450 on shipping and $750 on parts only to get it back in the same condition. Oh and the $100/each brake rotors I had replaced are screaming from not being installed properly which resulted in them becoming wrapped. Over priced garbage quality and service for this price point of a scooter.
