Shipping info

Refunds & Cancellation

  • If you cancel before the shipment is out, there will be a 3% fee to cover applicable MC/VISA/AMEX charges.
  • If the shipment has left the warehouse and arrives defective (and cannot be fixed by replacing a part such as the frame or motor), we will:
    • Send a replacement
    • Provide a shipping slip to return the defective item for an exchange
  • No returns for open or used items if they can be fixed by replacing a part.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to return the goods. Please ensure:
    • Efficient repackaging of the product
    • Courier insurance is taken when returning by courier
    • Any damage during return transport is the customer’s responsibility
  • No returns on chargers and batteries unless they are defective on arrival when purchasing a new scooter.
  • All after-sale parts shipped are tested for 100% functionality and are non-returnable.

Delivery

  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days for all stock items.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

  • Assistance can be offered with assembly if required.
  • Most scooters arrive 90–95% ready to ride and usually require only:
    • Straightening the handlebars
    • Fitting the pedals
  • We accept no liability for incorrect fitting done by the customer.

Description

Genuine replacement acceleration throttle for the Inokim Quick 4 electric scooter.

This is the standalone thumb lever unit that mounts near the right handlebar grip. If your scooter is showing throttle error codes, or the lever feels "sticky" and doesn't bounce back, this is the part you need.

Important Note:

  • This part is the throttle lever only. It does not include the central LCD display screen (which is built into the Quick 4 stem).

It was the wrong throttle

It was the ox throttle not the oxo high perfomance t b rottle so i sent it back waiting for a switch

Not to happy but I like the throttle

The fork lock on my scooter makes creaking noise that sounds like it’s going snap off had it adjusted an it still makes noise for it to be so expensive of a scooter don’t think it should make this much noise I spent over 500$ for service an brakes makes noise not a good look it’s a good looking scooter but it shouldn’t make noise in this manner
