NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is INOKIM Electric Scooter Shop, 156 West 15th Street, New York, NY 10011 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children), and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes runs on a monthly basis. Each entry period begins on the 1st day of each calendar month at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on the last day of that calendar month at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). The current Entry Period is referenced on the entry form.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry:

(a) Online Entry. Visit inokim.shop and submit a valid email address through the Sweepstakes entry form. Limit one (1) email submission per person per Entry Period.

(b) Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary Alternative). Hand-print your full name, complete address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail in a #10 envelope with sufficient postage to: INOKIM Sweepstakes, 156 West 15th Street, New York, NY 10011. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the applicable Entry Period and received within five (5) business days after the end of the Entry Period. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per Entry Period. Mail-in entries receive identical chances of winning as online entries.

5. Drawing & Winner Selection

On or about the third (3rd) business day following the end of each Entry Period, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. One (1) Winner per Entry Period will be selected. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize per Entry Period: One (1) Inokim OXO Dubai Collection electric scooter. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,000.00 USD. Total ARV across all monthly drawings will not exceed $36,000 in any twelve (12) month period.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, except by the Sponsor in its sole discretion in case of unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prize will be shipped to the Winner's verified U.S. address within thirty (30) days following Winner verification.

7. Winner Notification

The Winner will be notified by email at the email address submitted with their entry within five (5) business days after the drawing. The Winner must respond to confirm acceptance, provide a verified U.S. shipping address, and sign and return any required affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) publicity release within seven (7) days of notification. If the Winner does not respond within this period, fails verification, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be drawn from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Tax Responsibility

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the Winner if the prize value exceeds the threshold required by law.

9. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry will be used by Sponsor for sweepstakes administration. Online entrants will be added to the INOKIM email marketing list and may receive marketing communications from INOKIM in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting Inokimusashop@gmail.com.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant tampering with the entry process or attempting to enter by means not described in these Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, garbled, misdirected, or undelivered entries. By accepting a prize, Winner agrees that Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, and representatives have no liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost, or expense arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.

11. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

12. Winner List

For a list of Winners (available after each drawing), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: INOKIM Sweepstakes Winners, 156 West 15th Street, New York, NY 10011, postmarked within thirty (30) days following the end of the applicable Entry Period.
