Refunds & Cancellation

  • If you cancel before the shipment is out, there will be a 3% fee to cover applicable MC/VISA/AMEX charges.
  • If the shipment has left the warehouse and arrives defective (and cannot be fixed by replacing a part such as the frame or motor), we will:
    • Send a replacement
    • Provide a shipping slip to return the defective item for an exchange
  • No returns for open or used items if they can be fixed by replacing a part.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to return the goods. Please ensure:
    • Efficient repackaging of the product
    • Courier insurance is taken when returning by courier
    • Any damage during return transport is the customer’s responsibility
  • No returns on chargers and batteries unless they are defective on arrival when purchasing a new scooter.
  • All after-sale parts shipped are tested for 100% functionality and are non-returnable.

After Voro Motors failed to stand by their malfunctioning scooter, I had no choice but to look for an independent service provider to fix my ride. Enter Inokim. The fine folks at Inokim quickly diagnosed my scooter issue as a bad battery. How my fairly new scooter with only 153 miles developed a bad battery is unknown. Nonetheless, Inokim had no responsibility for the defective scooter and was able to get me back up and running with minimal down time and at a cost of $680. Inokim offers a one year warranty on the battery against any defects. Bottom line, it is nice to have a local scooter technician and maintenance shop right in the heart of NYC.
