If you cancel before shipment is out, a 3% fee will apply to cover applicable MC/VISA/AMEX charges.
If the shipment has left the warehouse and arrives defective (and cannot be fixed by replacing a part such as frame or motor), we will send a replacement and provide a shipping slip to return the defective item.
No returns are accepted for open or used items if the issue can be resolved by replacing a part.

Courier insurance is taken if returning by courier
Any damage during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Light 2!!!

I recently picked up the Inokim Light 2 and I am thoroughly impressed. Getting through the city is not only efficient but so much fun. All the components are solid. I’ve got plenty of acceleration when I need it with a healthy dose of stability. When I’m done with my ride I just fold it up and toss it into my trunk. The best part is its aesthetics, being a snowboarder I immediately fall into that position while riding and quickly feel like I’m surfing the city. Cheers Inokim! Good scooter, a few issues

Tire shipped flat, and the pump provided isn't strong enough to pump it. Also you will need a valve extension, the valve is tucked in and not accessible. They also sent me a white one when I ordered blue? Which is fine, but weird. Overall a really good build quality though

This is my 3rd same color same model scooter, I prefer buy new scooter every year for safety reason. This is the best I can find lightweight with reasonable price with stable performance.

Great scooter. Ride about 15 miles a day in NYC. Will never take the subway in Manhattan ever again. Such a joy to ride and awesome service at the shop. I do wish I purchased the Quick 4 or Oxo as I would love the suspension but overall I am extremely happy.
