Visited the NYC Inokim store for some troubleshooting on my Quick4. I didn’t have my scooter but they were able to diagnose the issue based on the torouble code. I bought a new controller and installed it myself and scooter is brand as new now. Thanks to the team! Great service.

Bought the Inokim for the support, and a place to bring for repairs.
The technician at the shop was very good, professional, fast turnaround for the repairs.
My only gripe, it was as expensive to fix as a real car.
People buy these scooters to get around, maybe a cheaper mode of transportation. In my opinion, it shouldn’t cost as much as a car to repair.
