Service was great, on time, fast response and excellent follow up. Will certainly continue buying from these guys now that I know that there is a real service department located in NYC.

I recently picked up the Inokim Light 2 and I am thoroughly impressed. Getting through the city is not only efficient but so much fun. All the components are solid. I’ve got plenty of acceleration when I need it with a healthy dose of stability. When I’m done with my ride I just fold it up and toss it into my trunk. The best part is its aesthetics, being a snowboarder I immediately fall into that position while riding and quickly feel like I’m surfing the city. Cheers Inokim! Visited the NYC Inokim store for some troubleshooting on my Quick4. I didn’t have my scooter but they were able to diagnose the issue based on the torouble code. I bought a new controller and installed it myself and scooter is brand as new now. Thanks to the team! Great service.
