I’m really happy with the service I received getting my Inokim Light 2 repaired. I accidentally brought it in on a day they were closed but they actually called me back and I was still able to leave it at the location to be looked at the next day. Great customer service and I’m more than happy with the repairs. They even moved my AirTag to the inside so it can’t be removed if someone steals it. How great is that? Thanks again for your work!

My scooter fell apart - the fender broke and the wire too - they were able to fix my Inokim Light 2 back to normal. When I called, the store had already closed just after 6pm - I spoke with the owner and was able to drop my scooter in the store next to them and pickup at my own convenience. At pickup, staff was available to take another look in case I needed to (wasn't needed). Good repair job.
