Description
The structural foundation of your Inokim.
This is the official replacement Main Chassis (Frame) for the Inokim OX and OXO. This is the bare aluminum deck structure that houses the battery and controllers. If your scooter's frame has been bent in a severe collision or has suffered catastrophic structural damage, this is the core part required to rebuild it.

Advanced Repair: Replacing the main chassis requires completely stripping the scooter down to its bare components and transferring every part to the new frame.

Shipping
Delivery is usually in 5-7 working days on all stock items; however, please allow up to 10 working days, we will notify you if the delivery is going to take longer than this. Assistance can be offered with the assembly of any of our products we have most scooters arrive 90-95% ready to ride with just the need to straighten the handlebars and fit the pedals. We will accept no liability for an incorrect fitting here by our customers.
Return
- If you cancel before shipment is out, a 3% fee will apply to cover applicable MC/VISA/AMEX charges.
- If the shipment has left the warehouse and arrives defective (and cannot be fixed by replacing a part such as frame or motor), we will send a replacement and provide a shipping slip to return the defective item.
- No returns are accepted for open or used items if the issue can be resolved by replacing a part.
- Buyers are responsible for returning goods to us. Please ensure:
Products are repackaged properly
Courier insurance is taken if returning by courier
Any damage during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- No returns on chargers and batteries unless they are defective on arrival when buying a new scooter.
- All after-sale parts shipped out are tested for 100% functionality and are non-returnable.
