Shipping info

Refunds & Cancellation

  • If you cancel before the shipment is out, there will be a 3% fee to cover applicable MC/VISA/AMEX charges.
  • If the shipment has left the warehouse and arrives defective (and cannot be fixed by replacing a part such as the frame or motor), we will:
    • Send a replacement
    • Provide a shipping slip to return the defective item for an exchange
  • No returns for open or used items if they can be fixed by replacing a part.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to return the goods. Please ensure:
    • Efficient repackaging of the product
    • Courier insurance is taken when returning by courier
    • Any damage during return transport is the customer’s responsibility
  • No returns on chargers and batteries unless they are defective on arrival when purchasing a new scooter.
  • All after-sale parts shipped are tested for 100% functionality and are non-returnable.

Delivery

  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days for all stock items.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
  • We will notify you if delivery is expected to take longer than 10 working days.
  • Assistance can be offered with assembly if required.
  • Most scooters arrive 90–95% ready to ride and usually require only:
    • Straightening the handlebars
    • Fitting the pedals
  • We accept no liability for incorrect fitting done by the customer.

Description

The official complete replacement folding system for Inokim OX and OXO electric scooters.

If your steering stem feels loose, wobbly, or if the main tightening screw is stripped, this complete kit contains everything you need to restore the folding mechanism to factory tightness.

What is included:

  • Red Folding Lever: The main red anodized handle.

  • Main Folding Pin: The central threaded bolt that secures the stem.

  • Tightening Cup: The silver knurled nut for tension adjustment.

  • Hardware: Includes the spring and safety latch screw.

Solves these issues:

  • Severe stem wobble or play in the handlebars.

  • Stripped threads on the main folding pin.

  • Bent or broken folding lever.

Good service, nice people, so expensive, extra cost vs the website from voromotors

Delivery is usually in 5-7 working days on all stock items; however, please allow up to 10 working days, we will notify you if the delivery is going to take longer than this. Assistance can be offered with the assembly of any of our products we have most scooters arrive 90-95% ready to ride with just the need to straighten the handlebars and fit the pedals. We will accept no liability for an incorrect fitting here by our customers.
