Refunds & Cancellation

  • If you cancel before the shipment is out, there will be a 3% fee to cover applicable MC/VISA/AMEX charges.
  • If the shipment has left the warehouse and arrives defective (and cannot be fixed by replacing a part such as the frame or motor), we will:
    • Send a replacement
    • Provide a shipping slip to return the defective item for an exchange
  • No returns for open or used items if they can be fixed by replacing a part.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to return the goods. Please ensure:
    • Efficient repackaging of the product
    • Courier insurance is taken when returning by courier
    • Any damage during return transport is the customer’s responsibility
  • No returns on chargers and batteries unless they are defective on arrival when purchasing a new scooter.
  • All after-sale parts shipped are tested for 100% functionality and are non-returnable.

Delivery

  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days for all stock items.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
  • We will notify you if delivery is expected to take longer than 10 working days.
  • Assistance can be offered with assembly if required.
  • Most scooters arrive 90–95% ready to ride and usually require only:
    • Straightening the handlebars
    • Fitting the pedals
  • We accept no liability for incorrect fitting done by the customer.

This is the official replacement Control Button Panel for the Inokim Quick 4 electric scooter. This unit mounts to the handlebar and connects to the main display, allowing you to power the scooter on/off, toggle the lights, and switch between speed modes.

Product Features:

  • Compatibility: Exclusively for Inokim Quick 4.

  • Function: Controls Power, Lights, and Speed settings.

  • Installation: Mounts on the handlebar; plug-and-play connection to the display harness.

Note: If your buttons are unresponsive or stuck, replacing this unit usually resolves the issue.
