This is the genuine Front Steering Shaft (Stem) for the Inokim Quick 4 electric scooter. It serves as the critical link between your handlebars and the front wheel, housing the front shock absorber and spring mechanism. If your steering feels loose, bent after an impact, or the suspension action is compromised, this assembly is required for full repair.

If the shipment has left the warehouse and arrives defective (and cannot be fixed by replacing a part such as frame or motor), we will send a replacement and provide a shipping slip to return the defective item.
No returns are accepted for open or used items if the issue can be resolved by replacing a part.
