Shipping info

Refunds & Cancellation

  • If you cancel before the shipment is out, there will be a 3% fee to cover applicable MC/VISA/AMEX charges.
  • If the shipment has left the warehouse and arrives defective (and cannot be fixed by replacing a part such as the frame or motor), we will:
    • Send a replacement
    • Provide a shipping slip to return the defective item for an exchange
  • No returns for open or used items if they can be fixed by replacing a part.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to return the goods. Please ensure:
    • Efficient repackaging of the product
    • Courier insurance is taken when returning by courier
    • Any damage during return transport is the customer’s responsibility
  • No returns on chargers and batteries unless they are defective on arrival when purchasing a new scooter.
  • All after-sale parts shipped are tested for 100% functionality and are non-returnable.

Delivery

  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days for all stock items.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
  • We will notify you if delivery is expected to take longer than 10 working days.
  • Assistance can be offered with assembly if required.
  • Most scooters arrive 90–95% ready to ride and usually require only:
    • Straightening the handlebars
    • Fitting the pedals
  • We accept no liability for incorrect fitting done by the customer.

This is the official replacement LCD Display Module for the Inokim Quick 4 electric scooter. This unit fits inside the upper handlebar stem and provides all critical riding data, including speed, battery life, odometer, and speed mode settings.

Why replace this?

  • Damage: If your screen is cracked, sun-damaged, or unreadable.

  • Failure: If the scooter turns on but the screen remains blank (or shows error codes related to the display).

  • Compatibility: Exclusively for Inokim Quick 4.

  • Function: Main digital dashboard and control interface.

  • Connection: Waterproof connector plug (check your wiring harness).

Note: This is the electronic screen module only. The plastic housing/stem is sold separately.

Delivery is usually in 5-7 working days on all stock items; however, please allow up to 10 working days, we will notify you if the delivery is going to take longer than this. Assistance can be offered with the assembly of any of our products we have most scooters arrive 90-95% ready to ride with just the need to straighten the handlebars and fit the pedals.
