• Test ride any model. Fifteen minutes on the street outside the shop, no pressure. Book a free test ride or just come by.
• Buy and ride home the same day. Scooters are assembled, charged and set up for you in the store.
• Get your INOKIM serviced. Factory-trained technicians, genuine parts and correct firmware at the INOKIM Scooters Lab.
• Pick up parts and accessories. Tires, brake pads, chargers, batteries, bags and locks from the parts and accessories collections are stocked in the store.

Legal to ride in New York City

New York City requires electric scooters sold in the city to be UL 2272 certified, and state law caps e-scooters at 20 mph. INOKIM scooters sold in our store meet both requirements. When you ride in the city, the limit is 15 mph. Riders must be 16 or older, stay off sidewalks, and ride in bike lanes or on streets with speed limits of 30 mph or less. • Subway: 14 St station (1, 2, 3) at 7th Avenue and 14 St station (F, M) with 6 Av (L) at 6th Avenue are each one block away. PATH trains stop at 14th Street.
• By scooter or bike: protected bike lanes run along 6th Avenue northbound and 7th Avenue southbound; 15th Street is a quiet crosstown block.

Yes. Scooters sold in our store are UL 2272 certified and capped at 20 mph, as New York requires. In the city, ride at 15 mph or less.

Do you repair scooters from other brands?

No. The INOKIM Scooters Lab is an authorized INOKIM service center and works on INOKIM scooters only.

Yes. Scooters are assembled and charged in the store, and the team sets up the display and riding modes with you before you leave.
